Grenades scare, NY airport shuts down – turns fake!!!

Newly opened terminal at New York's JFK airport after discovering what appeared to be hand grenades in luggage, securities had shut down services, but the that turned out to be paperweights, high alert for the arrival of world leaders, including Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, to the UN General Assembly, closed the JETBLUE terminal for 1/2 hour. Some suspicious items found that resembled grenades in a passenger's luggage. Later the investigations revealed & confirm that those were World War II copy paperweights, this incident occurred on the first day of operation for low cost carrier JETBLUE’s new home at John F Kennedy International Airport.
Security was tight around New York as more than as more than 120 world leaders converged on the UN building in the center of the city for their annual meeting. More than 120 world leaders had gathered in the UN building for the annual meeting.
